LNG Carrier Conversions

The growing demand for flexible LNG infrastructure has accelerated the need for conversion-led solutions that can be deployed faster than traditional newbuild assets or land-based terminals. Ndeavour Marine supports the transformation of LNG carriers into floating storage units (FSU), floating storage and regasification units (FSRU), as well as small-scale LNG solutions and LNG bunkering infrastructure suited to emerging markets.

Each project is guided through conceptualisation, feasibility assessment, commercial evaluation, ROI analysis, engineering development, system integration, and final commissioning. Particular focus is placed on cargo containment integrity, regasification systems, and onboard utilities. Whether configured as storage units, regasification vessels, or distribution platforms, these assets are delivered with a strong emphasis on safety, reliability, and operational adaptability across diverse deployment environments.

Tanker Conversions

Tanker conversions offer a practical route to developing offshore storage and offloading infrastructure, particularly in regions where fixed installations are commercially or technically constrained. Ndeavour Marine manages the conversion of tankers into floating storage and offloading units through a structured EPC framework.

This includes hull reinforcement, cargo system adaptation, mooring integration, and safety system upgrades, alongside full regulatory compliance management. By combining engineering precision with coordinated shipyard execution, tanker assets are transformed into durable, revenue-generating infrastructure suited for long-term deployment in offshore and near-shore environments.

Bulk Carrier Conversions Transhippers

In parallel with growing pressure on port infrastructure, demand has increased for transhipment,
break bulk solutions that enable efficient cargo transfer in draft-restricted or remote locations.
Ndeavour Marine delivers innovative and customised solutions that adapt bulk carriers into
transhipment assets capable of supporting continuous offshore operations, reducing cost and
emissions significantly.


These projects involve the integration of cargo handling systems, structural modifications, and
stability enhancements required for safe vessel-to-vessel / vessel-to-shore transfers. Through
careful planning and execution, converted transhippers provide a reliable alternative to
conventional port-based logistics, supporting efficient movement across a range of commodities and operating conditions
